Key Responsibilities Demand & Capacity:Developing high performing teams to ensure the Care Groups meets the national and local performance metrics for both non-elective and elective care and optimising length of stay. Performance Leadership:Be the accountable lead for monthly performance reviews, presenting clear data on performance, quality, safety and financial plans. Service Development:Lead on the expansion of 7 day services and the modernisation of chronic disease management pathways.
