You will also provide clear advice to applicants and stakeholders throughout the admissions journey, supporting interviews, Confirmation, Clearing, and enrolment.

We pride ourselves on being a proactive, collaborative team that supports one another and takes shared ownership across the full admissions cycle. Our ethos is development-focused: we thrive in a fast-paced environment where responsibility goes hand in hand with support and celebrating collective success.

Experience of interpreting and applying entry requirements, including non-standard and international qualifications.
Experience of using UCAS portals and student record systems (e.g., SITS).
Ability to work accurately and at pace in a high-pressure environment with competing deadlines.
Well-organised; able to manage your own workload independently while supporting colleagues during peak times.
High IT proficiency, including databases and spreadsheets, with confident Excel skills (creating and formatting tables; sorting and filtering data).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for UK and overseas audiences.
