Retail Manager – Make an Impact Every Day!
We’re looking for a Retail Manager to join our friendly team and help deliver an exceptional experience across retail, bar and coffee areas. If you’re passionate about retail, love leading a team, and want a role that offers work-life balance, this is the opportunity for you!
What you’ll do:
- Manage, train, and schedule staff to ensure full coverage and strong performance
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle complaints effectively
- Drive sales, promotions, and upselling across all areas
- Control stock, ordering, waste, and supplier relationships
- Manage cash handling, tills, and daily reporting
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, food hygiene, and alcohol licensing
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and merchandising
- Monitor performance, control costs, and support business growth
What we’re looking for:
- Previous retail experience.
- Ability to pass full security vetting and DBS checks (must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years).
- Strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach.
