Crynodeb
BLS Development and Construction has won a contract for development to increase 2 floors in one of the iconic building in E14. This will be a 2 year project:
Responsibilities:
• Apply various plaster materials to interior and exterior surfaces to create a smooth and even finish.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying appropriate primers if necessary.
• Mix and apply plaster, stucco, or other finishes using proper techniques.
• Create decorative textures and patterns in plasterwork as required.
• Repair and patch existing plaster surfaces as needed.
• Operate and maintain plastering tools and equipment.
• Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure a seamless workflow.
• Interpret project specifications and architectural drawings accurately.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Plasterer with a strong portfolio of completed projects. • Proficiency in applying a
variety of plaster materials and finishes.
• Solid understanding of surface preparation and application techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and project specifications. • Attention to detail and a
commitment to producing flawless plaster finishes.
• Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work harmoniously in a team.
5) Ground Worker
Responsibilities:
● Landscape construction worker/labourer
● Assisting with varied landscape construction works, from planting to laying slabs, erecting fencing
and all other landscape construction works.
