An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic within an Independent Workshop located in Sutton.
Our Automotive Client has a need for a Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Mechanic who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.
Benefits:
- £38,500 basic salary – fixed to maintain team parity
- Company-wide profit share bonus – typically adds ~£2,000 p.a. in good years
- 40-hour work week – no weekends
- 21 days holiday + bank holidays
- Business closes over Christmas & New Year (some days taken from holiday; others fully paid!)
- Opportunity to earn up to £550 in referral commission for non-fault accident claims via their successful in-house scheme
- Private work after hours allowed upon completion of a successful trial period and keyholder approval
- Relaxed, team-oriented environment – everyone helps each other, no egos
Duties:
- Carrying out Servicing and Repairs to a variety of Vehicles
- MOT Testing
- Performing Diagnostic Testing to identify Vehicle Faults.
- Ensuring that paperwork is completed to the highest of standards
Requirements:
- A Fully Qualified Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 2 or 3
- Dedicated and committed approach.
- Consideration given to newly qualified or less experienced techs – salary would reflect this
- Your job as a Vehicle Technician will be your passion and you will enjoy all aspects of your work.
The salary of this role is up to £38,000 basic with OTE of £40,500.
Hours of work for this Vehicle Technician role are Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (1-hour lunch break).
