Rikama Education Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic, motivated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join a specialist SEMH school in Bromley supporting pupils aged 518.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading learning activities for individuals and small groups under an agreed system of supervision.
- Contributing to the planning and preparation of learning activities.
- Providing teachers with meaningful feedback on pupil progress, achievements and development.
- Supporting a strong team culture through ongoing professional development.
- Promoting inclusion and adapting support to meet diverse learning needs.
- Responding sensitively to pupils' physical, emotional and behavioural needs.
- Upholding school policies, including safeguarding and health & safety.
- Attending multi-agency meetings when required.
- Liaising with parents/carers regarding learning support and welfare.
- Participating in progress meetings to review pupil development and next steps.
- Covering lessons within your allocated subject when needed.
- Updating key pupil documents, including passports and progress reviews.
- Attending all CPD and training sessions.
- Contributing to curriculum planning.
- Championing a specialist area (e.g., dyslexia, ADHD).
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in an SEN setting, particularly SEMH, is highly desirable.
- Calm, patient, and resilient approach.
- Passionate about helping young people achieve their potential.
- Team-focused, reflective and proactive.
