What skills and experience we're looking for

Key Responsibilities

• Manage school bank accounts, income, and reconciliations
• Operate school income and cashless catering systems
• Raise invoices and manage credit control
• Process and reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and card transactions
• Maintain supplier records and follow fraud prevention procedures
• Respond to finance queries promptly and support colleagues across the Trust

About You

• Experience in finance or administration (school/education sector experience desirable)
• Good numeracy, IT, and Excel skills
• Strong organisation, accuracy, and customer service focus
• Team player with a proactive approach

What the school offers its staff

Anglian Learning is seeking a Finance Officer to join our central finance team, supporting a group of schools within the Trust. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing income and expenditure, and ensuring compliance with Trust financial regulations.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong financial administration skills who enjoys working in a collaborative, professional environment.
