About Our School:
Ellis Guilford School is a growing and thriving larger than average Secondary School with a clear mission “to ensure that children attending our school have a better chance of success”. About the Department:Our department is dedicated to ensuring every child reaches their full academic potential. We work closely with targeted students across Key Stage 3 and 4 to remove barriers to learning and foster a culture of aspiration and achievement. Through tailored support, we aim to boost confidence, resilience, and motivation, while improving attendance, punctuality, and behaviour. Collaboration with families and school staff is central to our approach, creating strong partnerships that reinforce success. By preparing students for exams and future pathways, we play a vital role in shaping confident, capable learners ready to thrive in education and beyond.
