5 available days across The Inclusive Education Trust (Ashford, Reigate and Guildford)
We are seeking to appoint inspirational and committed therapists/counsellors on a contract for services basis, to join our Therapeutic Team as part of an exciting pilot outreach programme working with partner primary schools across Key Stages 1 and 2. The location and operational area for the roles will be allocated and based within the four Surrey quadrants.
This pilot project is designed to strengthen early intervention and inclusive practice, supporting children with emerging Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH), behavioural, and pastoral needs. The role will contribute to reducing barriers to learning, improving engagement, and preventing escalation to more intensive provision and risk of permanent exclusion.
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced or newly qualified HCPC, BACP or any equivalent registered creative arts, play and talking therapists to join a growing service.
You will initially provide therapeutic interventions via a contract for services (self-employed basis). Depending upon the success of this project there may be opportunities to move to permanent status in the longer term.

● Excellent with verbal and written communication, hold exceptional interpersonal skills and be efficient and accountable in terms of record management.
● Passionate about inclusion, supporting all students to gain an inspirational education both academically and pastorally.
