An opportunity has arisen at Maypole School (Streatham) for a reliable and flexible Caretaker/Facilities Manager to join our team, who is keen to make a difference and assist with maintaining the premises and grounds to a high standard.
Job overview
As a key part of our site team, you’ll have responsibility for general site maintenance, using a varied skillset to carry out tasks such as site maintenance, painting and decorating, manual handling and health and safety checks, as well as ensuring the site is in a good condition for all to work and learn effectively.
Job requirements
Good standard of maintenance and DIY experience with an understanding of health and safety parameters
Experience of working within an operational environment to provide day-to-day maintenance support
Ability to prioritise and plan own workload
