Join Our Team as Project Administrator - Equip Programme
Rate: Band 4 - £13.57 per hour

Are you an organised and motivated individual who thrives in a busy, team-oriented environment? We're looking for a Project Administrator to support the Equip Programme, helping to deliver vital improvements across our health and social care services.

As part of our Programme Management Office, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the Equip Programme by:
  • Managing diaries, meetings, and correspondence.
  • Preparing reports, papers, minutes, and briefings to a high standard.
  • Maintaining project documentation, records, and version control.
  • Supporting project controls, monitoring progress, and assisting team members.
  • Ensuring professional communication with stakeholders and maintaining confidentiality at all times.

We're seeking someone with excellent administrative, organisational, and IT skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. You'll use a range of software tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management applications.

You'll also have the opportunity to:
