We are seeking to recruit a Lecturer to join the School of Allied Health Professions, Pharmacy, Nursing and Midwifery. This is an exciting opportunity to work with colleagues to lead and deliver the pre-registration Speech and Language Therapy degree programmes. These are the BMedSci Speech and Language Therapy, the MMedSci Speech and Language Therapy (full and part time) and the BSc Speech and Language Therapy (Degree Apprenticeship) programmes.
Candidates will be committed to developing their research profile through high-quality publications, applying for research funding and working with communities and partners to deliver impact. We are ideally looking for candidates with expertise in speech and language therapy in the areas of paediatrics/children/young people/learning disability. Other areas of expertise can also be considered. Other duties will include student engagement, student recruitment and student support. Whatever your experience, we are looking for new ideas and approaches to help shape our Speech and Language Therapy programmes and educate graduates to be at the forefront of the profession.
