External candidates applying for this role must be a Rochdale Resident who lives within the municipal boundaries of the Borough of Rochdale (i.e where the household pays council tax to Rochdale Borough Council).
Salary: £24,413 - £24,796 pro rata. £12.65 per hour.
This role is 15 hours per week.
About this role
Facilities Management are looking to appoint a robust and energtic cleaner to work in this very busy school.
Your working patterns will be 2.45pm until 5.45pm. you will be expected to work closely with the Caretaker, and experience is essential, however candidates possessing the right attidude and willingness will be considered for this post.
The successful candidate will have a keen eye to detail and will be responsible for delivering a high standard of cleanilness.
Duties will include; Cleaning toilets, emptying bins, mopping floors, vacuumng carpets, wiping down tables and ledges.
An understanding of Health and safety will be required.
Appointment is subject to an enhanced DBS including a barring list check child workforce.
