The Talent Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the recruitment and talent acquisition process for the organisation. This position is heavily focused on administrative duties and efficient interview scheduling, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate interview schedules, liaising between candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure timely and accurate arrangements.
Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including maintaining recruitment records, updating applicant tracking systems, and preparing necessary documentation.
Communicate professionally with candidates to confirm interview details, provide necessary instructions, and answer initial queries.
Support the wider recruitment team with ad hoc tasks such as preparing offer letters, organising onboarding materials, and tracking candidate progress.
Assist in posting job adverts on internal systems and LinkedIn
Skills and Qualifications
Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Experience with office administration, ideally within a recruitment or HR setting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new systems and tools.
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
