Crynodeb
General Duties Providing support to the North GP Practices to ensure they can easily refer to services. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our North PCN Services. Identify any operational problems occurring in services and highlight them to the Chief Operating Officer with a suggestion for resolution where appropriate To be the lead delivery manager on agreed services, creating and supporting the development and reviewing of plans to improve services and create new services. Ensure that administrative systems and processes are in place to best support members to deliver services to an excellent standard Develop and communicate process changes in services to both clinical and administrative staff. Leading change and continuous improvement, co-ordinate within the practices to deliver the EHP vision. Manage and monitor changes to administrative systems and communicate where these changes may affect services. Identify any operational problems occurring in services, create solutions and resolve the issues. Communication Develop communication strategies to promote key services to both internal and external stakeholders. Communicate any changes to existing services to the relevant stakeholders. Communicate with the Chief Operating Officer and Practice Managers regularly with updates, demand and capacity of services. Training and Development Ensuring all staff members involved receive adequate training to support them in their role i.e. SystmOne training. Sharing learning from previous incidents with clinical and non-clinical staff. At all times the post holder is to behave in a professional way that encourages quality care, the development of a team spirit and fosters continual improvement across the PCN.
