Wellness Coach – West Berkshire Salary: £26,208 Contract: Full-time (40 hours), 12-month fixed-term Location: West Berkshire Employer: Solutions4Health Help people take control of their health. At Solutions4Health, we work in communities to improve health, reduce inequalities and support people to make lasting lifestyle changes. We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate Wellness Coach to join our Berkshire team and help deliver the NHS Health Check Programme in West Berkshire. About the Role You’ll work directly with local residents to: Deliver NHS Health Checks in community and GP settings Identify cardiovascular risk and support lifestyle change Motivate people around smoking cessation, weight management, physical activity and alcohol use Set realistic goals and provide ongoing encouragement Work closely with GP practices and community partners This is a varied, people-facing role where no two days are the same, and every interaction makes a difference. About You You’ll be: Passionate about health and behaviour change Confident working with diverse and sometimes vulnerable groups Empathetic, organised and a strong communicator You’ll have: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent experience) Experience supporting lifestyle change or health improvement A full UK driving licence Additional community languages are a bonus.
