Hours / Weeks: 37.5 hrs per week, FTC: 12months

Salary: Grade 3.4, £25,804 per annum

Job Responsibilities:

• Cleaning a variety of College buildings, including student bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, Fellows’ rooms, and communal areas to the highest standards
• Making up beds and preparing rooms for guest occupancy
• Removing rubbish and recycling to designated collection areas
• Reporting any maintenance issues, health and safety concerns, or breaches of College rules
• Helping to ensure the security of College buildings by reporting any suspicious activity or hazards
• Maintaining a safe working environment in line with College Health and Safety policies
• Supporting colleagues and covering duties where needed

Key details:

• Location: Worcester College, Walton Street, Oxford
• Duration: 12 months Fixed Term Contract
• Hours: Casual hours – can very - up to 37.5 hours per week
• Shift Pattern: Rota basis (Monday–Sunday)

Person Specification Summary:
Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided. If you're friendly, dependable, and enjoy working as part of a team, we’d love to hear from you.
