Level 3 Nursery Practitioner | East Dulwich, London | 40 hours/week over 4 days (7:15–18:15) | £27,684.80–£31,145.40

We are looking for a driven and caring Nursery Practitioner to join a dedicated, professionally qualified team. You will support the planning, monitoring, and delivery of a high-quality nursery environment for children aged 0–5.

Key Requirements:

    • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
    • Minimum 1- year post-qualification experience in a nursery/preschool
    • Knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted statutory guidance
    • Strong communication, organisation, and record-keeping skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Warm, caring, and enthusiastic approach

    Key Responsibilities:

      • Support children’s learning and development through planned activities
      • Ensure compliance with nursery policies, procedures, and ratios
      • Conduct regular observations and maintain accurate records
      • Communicate effectively with colleagues and parents
      • Maintain high standards in line with Ofsted expectations
