Summary
Under the guidance of the Head of HR, work autonomously in the co-ordination and organisation of formal meetings, administration of employee Data Subject Access Requests, the administration of employment tribunal claims and where required, the provision of first stage support and policy advice to line managers in the application of the Trust’s HR policies.
Proactively support managers to promote the support available within the Trust, including Occupational Health the Employee Assistance Programme and Freedom to Speak Up guardians.
To contribute to the development and delivery of training programmes, to support managers to proactively manage workforce issues in their teams such as performance management, conflict, capability in line with Trust policy and procedure.
