What You’ll Need
- Current NMC registration (RGN/RMN)
- Proven experience as a Registered Nursing Home Manager
- Strong knowledge of dementia care, clinical governance, and regulation
- Confidence managing staff, budgets, and service performance

- Experience leading Good or Outstanding-rated services
- Experience managing improvement or inspection readiness
