As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a motivated Advertising and Marketing Associate Professional to support and enhance our marketing, research, and promotional activities.
The Role:-
The successful candidate will support the planning, development, and delivery of marketing and advertising initiatives to promote our services and strengthen our brand presence. This role covers a broad range of activities including marketing campaigns, research, fundraising initiatives, and promotional analysis.
Key Responsibilities:-
Assist in planning and delivering advertising and marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
Support the development of promotional materials, content, and messaging aligned with business objectives
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and client needs
Analyse marketing performance data and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement
Support fundraising and business development initiatives where required
Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Maintain marketing databases, mailing lists, and customer engagement records
Ensure all marketing activities comply with professional, regulatory, and brand standards
Skills and Experience:-
Relevant qualification or experience in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field
Experience in marketing, advertising, fundraising, or market research (interviewing excluded)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and research findings
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in professional services or financial services is desirable but not essential
