We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Estate Management Surveyor to join our esteemed real estate team. Your expertise will be vital in conducting property appraisals, implementing management strategies, and liaising with tenants and landlords to enhance the performance and value of our estate assets. This role requires a thorough understanding of property law, valuation techniques, and the practicalities of managing various types of estates ranging from commercial to residential properties. You'll work closely with asset managers, agents, and contractors to coordinate maintenance tasks, oversee negotiations, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance asset performance. Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections of properties to assess condition and compliance with regulations.
Prepare and present detailed reports on property valuations and market trends.
Manage tenant relationships and address any issues related to occupancy and leases.
Coordinate with maintenance teams and contractors to ensure timely repairs and improvements.
Develop and implement effective estate management strategies that align with client objectives.
Conduct negotiations related to lease agreements and renewals on behalf of clients.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Surveying, or a related field.
Professional accreditation such as MRICS or equivalent is preferred.
Proven experience in estate management or property surveying roles.
Strong understanding of property law and valuation methodologies.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for stakeholder engagement.
Proficiency in property management software and tools for data analysis.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Hours Per Week: 21.60
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Day: £357.60
