Crynodeb
You will support the Highly Specialised Lead PWP to deliver the smooth running of the Step 2 intervention, ensuring timely access to assessment, treatment or onward referral, including face-to-face and remote working via telephone and digital platforms. In conjunction with the Clinical Lead, Highly Specialised Lead PWP and other colleagues in other STW NHS Talking Therapies Service, you will ensure the implementation of a local CPD programme for Step 2 practitioners to ensure service-wide development of the Step 2 workforce. You will ensure Step 2 clinicians within the service maintain appropriate knowledge of legislation, national guidance and local policies and procedures, in relation to mental health, primary and secondary care services. To be responsible for the Step 2 clinical teams compliance with CQC standards. You will lead on specific areas of service improvement and development as agreed with the Highly Specialised Lead PWP.
