Service Advisor – Independent Garage
Salary up to £35,000 + Bonus | Monday–Friday (No Saturdays)
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, friendly independent garage that prides itself on quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Service Advisor to become a key part of their close-knit team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction, working in a busy automotive environment, and wants a great work–life balance with no weekend working.
The Role:
• Acting as the main point of contact for customers
• Booking vehicles in and keeping customers updated throughout repairs
• Preparing job cards, estimates and invoices
• Liaising with technicians to ensure smooth workflow
• Delivering outstanding customer service from start to finish
What They’re Looking For:
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor (motor trade preferred)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organised, reliable and able to work well under pressure
• A positive, team-focused attitude
What’s on Offer:
• Salary up to £35,000 + bonus (dependent on experience)
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm
• No Saturdays or Sundays
• 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
• Supportive, friendly working environment within a respected independent garage
