Are you or someone you know an enthusiastic and innovative physiotherapist who has worked extensively in Community Rehabilitation services? If so, an opportunity has arisen within the QVH therapy team based from our Rehabilitation Unit onsite at QVH on bank.
The majority of the caseload is a mixture of frailty patients or those with chronic conditions including falls patients. The other part of the caseload also includes patients those with neurological disorders and amputees.
Ability to independently travel around the local area efficiently is essential as the majority of sessions occur within the patient's residence in East Grinstead and surrounding villages (Lingfield, Forest Row, Felbridge, Copthorne, Crawley Down, Turners Hill, West Hoathly, Sharpthorne).
