Crynodeb

The Radiation Safety Section provides radiation safety and physics support to users of ionising radiation at a time of rapid development in digital imaging technology, artificial intelligence and expanding clinical applications of radiation. We are a friendly group of physicists and technologists. You will have the opportunity to gain experience across the spectrum of our work and make contributions, including the testing of radiation and imaging equipment, data handling and analysis, audits and software development work. You will have a BSc (Hons) degree or equivalent in physics or containing a major physics component and an interest in modern digital applications and hold HCPC registration as a clinical scientist.
