Crynodeb
To operate the 2222 EMERGENCY SERVICE, ensuring the correct emergency team code is used in an immediate response to fires, security alerts & both medical & psychiatric emergencies relating to one of the three hospitals covered. The efficient operation of the Paging system for both emergencies & non-emergencies alike, the programming & deprogramming of bleeps for individuals whilst keeping an up to-date inventory of where bleeps are. General administrative duties including, photocopying, emails, organising mail, key handling, report writing & maintaining accurate logs. Working with outside companies and hospitals to arrange the collection and transportation of patients, staff, medication & samples. To complete mandatory training & E-Learning in order to keep up to date with the requirements of the trust. To correctly log the location & problems reported by staff members within the trust in order to let the estates & engineering teams attend jobs in a timely manner.
