Job: Exam Invigilators in Pontypridd
Sector: Secondary Schools

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Exam Invigilators to join our team, working in Secondary schools in the Pontypridd area. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the learning and development of students. As well as this you’ll be gaining valuable experience in a school environment.

Please note, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.

About the Role:
As an Exam Invigilator, you’ll help ensure that exams run smoothly by supervising students, enforcing exam regulations, and maintaining a calm and fair environment. Although some shifts are booked in advance, you could be contacted last minute to fill a shift.

All staff and candidates must be aware of VES’ Safeguarding Policy and must follow all procedures to protect children and vulnerable adults. VES are committed to protecting children and vulnerable adults through a careful recruitment and selection process. A whistle-blowing policy and guidance on appropriate behaviour are also in place. Furthermore, VES’ rigorous procedures ensure that any candidate found to have a history of unacceptable conduct or practice, will not be placed.

Please note this is an agency vacancy for ad-hoc flexible work.

Applicants Require:

-Experience working with young people (experience in education is desirable but not essential).
-A confident, adaptable, and proactive approach to work.
-A commitment to supporting students’ learning and well-being.
-A valid DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).

If you’re passionate about education and want to make a difference in the lives of young learners, we would love to hear from you!

Join us in making a positive impact in Secondary schools!
