Position Overview:
Job Title: Experienced Wine Waiter/Food Runner
Location: Birmingham, NEC, B40
Type: Event-based, Part-Time role
Shifts: Flexible shifts are available, including breakfast, lunch, and evening/night shifts on weekends and weekdays.
Pay Rate: from £12.21 per hour
Aa a Wine Waiters & Food Runners, you are responsible for providing exceptional service during events. This is an ongoing part-time role with shifts available throughout the year, depending on hotel needs and event requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and seat guests professionally
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
• Ensure a clean and tidy dining environment at all times
• Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with any needs during the event
Requirements:
• Smart appearance with black suit trousers, black shirt, black tie, and black smart shoes
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is essential
• Excellent communication skills and customer service
• Ability to work well under pressure, especially during busy periods
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work weekends and evenings
