What You’ll Do
• Provide day-to-day technical support to staff (hardware, software, and networking).
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Troubleshoot issues remotely and onsite.
• Assist with system updates, patches, backups, and security checks.
• Document support cases and create simple user guides.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or System Support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with networking basics (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
• Problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, and Microsoft Certified are a plus.
