Crynodeb

Are you practical, hands-on, and happiest when your work truly makes a difference?

At Brambletye School, our Estates Team plays a vital part in creating the safe, welcoming, and well-kept environment our pupils, staff, families, and visitors love. We are now looking for a reliable and enthusiastic part-time Estates Team Member to join our friendly, dedicated team.

This varied, active role ensures our buildings and grounds are safe, attractive, and running smoothly. Your days might include:

Carrying out general repairs and maintenance

Supporting grounds care, from mowing to hedge-cutting

Preparing sports pitches and assisting with school events

Operating tools, vehicles, and machinery safely

Helping to keep the school tidy, secure and welcoming

No two days are the same – and your contribution will be noticed and appreciated.

Key Information

This is a permanent, part-time, all year-round contract. The school takes a flexible approach, and the number of hours and work schedule will be discussed at interview, with consideration given to the applicant’s preferred working arrangements.

The ideal start date for this role is as soon as possible. However, we can be flexible about the start date if needed.
