This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing organisation.
We’re looking for a Criminal Justice Senior Practitioner to join the leadership team at our Brent service.
This role is focused on developing and strengthening our Criminal Justice pathways, helping to ensure joined-up and coordinated support across the service. You’ll have a particular focus on engagement, treatment, and effective case management for people involved in the criminal justice system.
You’ll play a key role in building strong working relationships with probation, prisons, and other criminal justice partners, supporting continuity of care, and the delivery of integrated psychosocial and prescribing interventions.
Alongside direct work with people using the service, you’ll line manage the Criminal Justice team, providing day-to-day coordination, support, guidance, and development.
