SEN Teaching Assistant - Secondary School (Ongoing Role)
A welcoming and community‑focused secondary academy in the Birmingham area is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive inclusion team. This is an ongoing position, ideal for someone passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting students with a range of additional needs, including SEMH, ASD, and learning difficulties
- Providing 1:1 and small‑group interventions
- Assisting teachers in creating an inclusive, engaging classroom environment
- Helping students develop confidence, independence, and positive learning habits
- Working collaboratively with the SENCO and wider support team
