Summary

Midday Meal Supervisor

Pay Rate: £14 per hour

Contract: Part-time, Term-time only

Are you looking for a rewarding role that fits around your morning and evening commitments? We are looking for energetic, caring, and reliable individuals to join our lunchtime team!

As a Midday Meal Supervisor, you will be the heart of the lunch hour-ensuring pupils stay safe, well-fed, and happy.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Setting the Scene: Helping to set up the dining hall, ensuring tables are ready for a smooth and organised lunchtime.

  • Healthy Eating: Encouraging good table manners and assisting younger children with their meals.

  • Outdoor Fun: Leading play activities and supervising children on the playground. Whether it's skipping, football, or creative games, you'll help keep playtime active and inclusive.

  • Safety & Care: Monitoring student behaviour and ensuring a safe, respectful environment both indoors and outdoors.

  • Great with Kids: You enjoy working with children and have a patient, positive attitude.

  • A Team Player: You're happy to muck in and help your colleagues during the busy lunch rush.

  • Reliable: You understand that consistency is key for children and can commit to daily lunchtime shifts.

  • Proactive: You're happy to jump into a game of tag or help resolve a playground disagreement with kindness.
