Summary

We are searching for a highly organised and proactive individual to provide essential frontline support to two incredible specialist services across inner London: theCommunity Dietetics Serviceand theSpecialist Weight Management Service (SWMS).
The Community Dietetics Service is a proactive and successful team of dietitians and dietetic assistant practitioners, working across the three inner boroughs of London (Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea and Hammersmith & Fulham).
SWMS, based in Kensington and Chelsea, is a Tier 3 weight management service that supports people living with severe obesity to lose weight and improve their health. The team brings together expertise from dietitians, a physiotherapist, a clinical psychologist and a physician, working collaboratively to deliver compassionate and empowering care.
As the post holder, you will play a vital role in providing front-line administrative support to both teams, ensuring efficient processes and smooth service delivery. Strong time management, excellent communication, organisational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.

• Provide a front line service to both teams by managing incoming telephone queries and emails, taking appropriate action in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain efficient filing systems, oversee office supplies, and support the management of clinical equipment.
• Take responsibility for confirming appointments, communicating appointment details clearly to patients, carers, and clinicians, and ensuring effective handovers.
• Manage team members’ clinical rotas to support service continuity.
• Monitor and manage administrative processes relating to CLCH’s data reporting, including waiting times and ethnicity reporting, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
