GK Healthcare is a healthcare recruitment consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering outstanding service across the UK. We are currently recruiting Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to work in NHS mental health hospitals across the UK.
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality mental health nursing care to patients within an NHS hospital setting.
Monitor, observe, and accurately document patients’ progress, ensuring care plans are followed effectively.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and support staff to provide holistic care.
Provide one-to-one support and manage challenging behaviours in line with NHS policies and best practice.
Ensure compliance with safeguarding, medication administration, and clinical governance standards.
Requirements:
Valid NMC registration (RMN)
Right to work in the UK
Minimum 1 year experience in a UK hospital
PMVA / MAPA training
Up-to-date mandatory training certificates
Valid Enhanced DBS
