Please note, at this stage, the role is open only to internal staff (including NHSP and Agency staff currently on placement within our organisation) and staff substantively employed within Kent and Medway NHS Trusts and the Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board (ICB). Any individual who is at risk of redundancy will be given priority, provided they meet the essential criteria.

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused System Support Officer to join our dedicated Clinical Systems Team. This is your chance to play a critical role in the effective operation of systems essential to our clinical staff and the delivery of high-quality patient services.

The role is to support the administration and training of clinical systems across the Trust, ensuring high-quality, effective, and accessible digital services for all staff.

The post holder will deliver and design training, provide expert support, and act as a key contact for clinical systems within their designated area.

The post holder must hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and have access to a car/vehicle to use for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).

You will need to travel to different site locations
• The successful candidate will design and deliver engaging training (face-to-face, remote, and online) tailored to individual and team needs.
• They will additionally maintain up-to-date knowledge of system changes and ensure training materials reflect the latest updates.
• A large part of the role will be collaborating with clinical and operational teams within the team settings in person out in the community to improve data quality and resolve process issues.
• Work collaboratively and professionally with staff at all levels, often in challenging environments
