Company Overview:
We are a growing landscaping and gardening company committed to delivering high-quality outdoor environments for both residential and commercial clients. We are now recruiting an experienced Landscaping & Gardening Supervisor / Manager to support operations, lead teams, and contribute directly to the success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead company landscaping and gardening teams on day-to-day operations and ongoing projects.
- Report directly to the Company Director, taking tasks and instructions, and ensuring their effective implementation.
- Manage duties and delegate tasks to team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of work.
- Drive the company vehicle to different client sites as required.
- Conduct site visits for quoting and preparing job estimates.
- Communicate and liaise professionally with customers, responding to queries and providing clear updates on work progress.
- Prepare and submit weekly operational reports detailing work completed, team performance, and any client feedback.
- Carry out gardening and landscaping tasks personally when required, providing a hands-on example for the team.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and best practice in all landscaping activities.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Substantial experience in landscaping, gardening, or grounds maintenance.
- Proven track record of leading and supervising teams effectively.
- Strong practical horticultural & landscaping knowledge, with the ability to assess work and pricing accurately.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a professional manner when dealing with customers and staff.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Full UK driving licence and comfortable driving company vehicles.
- Ability to work Monday to Saturday as required for the role.
