Location: Berryscroft Court, Surrey, TW18 1NN
Salary: £33,945 - £35,713
Type: Permanent
Hours: Full Time - 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
DBS Level required: Enhanced
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

We’re looking for a dedicated and proactive Leasehold Scheme Manager to deliver a high-quality management service for our retirement living schemes. You’ll create and maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for customers, visitors, and professionals, ensuring that our residents feel supported and valued.

Key Responsibilities
* Take accountability for Health & Safety and Fire Safety checks, maintaining clear and auditable records.
* Manage the building and estate to ensure security, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.
* Provide a person-centred service that reflects our Retirement Living ethos.
* Act as the lead for safeguarding reporting and actions, in line with legislation and internal policies.
* Engage with customers to support social and wellbeing activities, liaising with care, statutory, and voluntary agencies.
* Manage low-level anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases and complaints in line with policy.
* Monitor and report on customer wellbeing, signposting to support services where appropriate.
* Support the Housing Manager with queries relating to service charges.

More about you
* Educated to GCSE level (Maths & English A*-C).
* Level 3 QCF/NVQ in Health & Social Care or equivalent experience.
* Level 2 Health & Safety Certificate (desirable).
* Significant experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within care or support services.
* Experience maintaining building safety requirements and conducting inspections.
* Strong awareness of older people’s needs and knowledge of statutory/voluntary services.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to manage meetings and records.
* Knowledge of safeguarding requirements.
* Good IT skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car
