Regalquaff Liquor Hub Limited is a fast-growing alcohol wholesale, retail and on-demand delivery business serving Central and Greater London. We are seeking a commercially focused Management Consultant / Business Analyst to support the strategic and operational scaling of our retail, e-commerce and logistics operations.

The Management Consultant / Business Analyst will play a critical role in analysing business performance, improving operational efficiency, and supporting senior management with data-driven decision-making. The role will involve reviewing sales, stock, delivery, pricing, and compliance processes to ensure the business remains competitive, profitable, and fully compliant with UK alcohol licensing and retail regulations.

You will work closely with directors, operations managers, and external partners to identify growth opportunities, optimise cost structures, and implement scalable systems across our retail stores, online platforms, and last-mile delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Analyse sales, customer, pricing, and stock data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Review and improve business processes across retail, e-commerce, warehousing, and delivery operations.
• Prepare financial and operational reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for management.
• Support strategic planning, market expansion, and new product or service launches.
• Assess compliance with licensing, age-verification, and regulatory requirements and recommend improvements.
• Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and performance benchmarks.
• Liaise with software providers, accountants, and logistics partners to improve systems and reporting.

Candidate Profile:-

Experience in business analysis, management consulting, retail operations, or a similar commercial environment.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data and present insights clearly to management.
• Good understanding of retail, e-commerce, supply chain, or regulated consumer goods sectors (alcohol or FMCG preferred).
• Highly organised, commercially aware, and able to work independently.
