Summary
The Best Connection is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company in Littlehampton. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business that manufactures, sprays, welds, packs, and distributes its products in-house.
The RoleThis is a hands-on warehouse-based role suited to someone experienced and physically fit. You will be responsible for moving stock around the site and supporting the production and dispatch process.
Key duties include:
- Moving stock and finished products around the warehouse and production areas
- Manual handling and heavy lifting of vehicle steps and components
- Packing finished products ready for dispatch
- Assisting with general warehouse duties to support spraying, welding, and manufacturing operations
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Previous warehouse or packing operative experience (essential)
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (highly desirable)
- Ability to carry out heavy manual work safely and efficiently
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
- Good attention to detail, especially when packing finished products
- Stable, full-time employment with a reputable manufacturer
