The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end coordination, planning, and execution of pharmaceutical and clinical logistics projects. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure the successful delivery of services in compliance with regulatory requirements and client expectations
How you create impact
- Lead and manage pharmaceutical logistics or clinical trial supply projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop, monitor, and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Serve as the main client contact, ensuring clear and consistent communication and alignment on project objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (operations, quality assurance, regulatory, business development, and finance) to achieve project milestones.
- Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project performance metrics, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and compliance standards (GDP, GxP, IATA, etc.).
- Prepare and lead internal and client-facing project review meetings, documenting key actions and follow-ups.
What we would like you to bring
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
- Strong working knowledge of pharmaceutical logistics, cold chain management, and/or clinical supply operations.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks including GxP, GDP, IATA, and import/export regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
- Occasional travel required to attend client meetings, support relationship-building, and ensure project alignment.
