Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 Per Annum, Depending on Experience.
Location: Hemel Hempstead.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm.
About The Role:
Are you organised, hands-on, and ready to play a key role in keeping a fast-moving operation running smoothly? The company are looking for a reliable and proactive Admin & Warehouse Operative (Logistics) to support their growing business from their Hemel Hempstead site.
This is a varied role combining warehouse operations, logistics coordination, and administrative support—ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, structure, and getting things done properly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, check, and book in stock deliveries
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
• Maintain accurate stock records and carry out stock checks
• Prepare shipping paperwork and coordinate with couriers
• Process orders, delivery notes, and general admin tasks
• Answer and manage inbound phone calls, directing or resolving queries where appropriate
• Take ownership of keeping the warehouse organised, safe, and efficient
Candidate Requirements:
You don’t need to tick every box—they value attitude, reliability, and ownership just as much as experience. They are looking for someone who:
• Has a strong ownership mindset and takes responsibility for their work
• Is proactive, organised, and comfortable working independently

A Day in the Life:
• Balance warehouse work with admin duties and inbound call handling
• Act as a first point of contact for customers, suppliers, and couriers
• Proactively manage daily tasks without close supervision
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Jump in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly
