Role Responsibilities
As Business Manager, you will lead a specialist operation supplying enterprise infrastructure solutions, including data cabling, data networking hardware, and related products.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Full ownership of the business, including P&L responsibility
- Leading, developing, and mentoring a small team
- Driving sales growth through new business development and key account management
- Identifying opportunities to increase revenue, margin, and market share
- Overseeing day-to-day operations, including purchasing, logistics, and stock management
- Ensuring the achievement of commercial targets and strategic objectives
