Banksman / Traffic Marshall – NPORS or CPCS
Cardiff

Long-term project – running until February 2027

We are currently recruiting an NPORS or CPCS Banksman / Traffic Marshall for a long-term project in Cardiff.

Role duties include:

• Banking plant and deliveries

  
  

• Taking deliveries on site

  
  

• Managing exclusion zones

  
  

• General housekeeping duties

  
  

• Maintaining site signage

  
  

• Clear communication with plant operators and site team

  
  

  Requirements:

  • Valid NPORS or CPCS Banksman / Traffic Marshall ticket

    
    

  • Good communication skills

    
    

  • Previous site experience preferred

    
    

  • Reliable and punctual

    
    

    Working Pattern (site operating hours):

    This project operates on a 12-day fortnight, as follows:

    Week 1

    • Monday: 08:00 – 18:00

      
      

    • Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday: 08:00 – 19:00

      
      

    • Friday: 08:00 – 12:00

      
      

      Week 2

      • Monday: 08:00 – 18:00

        
        

      • Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday: 08:00 – 19:00

        
        

      • Friday: 08:00 – 18:00

        
        

      • Saturday: 08:00 – 17:00

        
        

      • Sunday: 08:00 – 17:00
