Key Responsibilities:
Prepare authentic Nepalese and Indian cuisine, with a focus on curry dishes.
Take full responsibility for kitchen operations and supervise kitchen staff.
Plan daily kitchen activities and delegate tasks efficiently.
Coordinate between bar and restaurant staff to ensure smooth service.
Monitor inventory, check stock levels, and prepare weekly orders from suppliers.
Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, quality, and safety.
