We are looking for a vibrant, confident person to join the team to help deliver a high quality service in the Cardio-Respiratory Department based at Colchester Hospital.

This role will be a job share, working days will be Monday 8-30 -16.30 and Tuesday 8.30 -17.00

This is a fixed term position until 31.3.26

In this role, you will be providing administration support to a team of Consultants, Technicians and other healthcare professionals.

You must have excellent communication skills with attention to detail and high level organisational skills. You will need to have the ability to work on your own initiative and you must be able to remain calm in difficult situations.

Please note you will be required to work as part of the administration team and provide cross cover when necessary.

Provide an efficient administrative and day-to-day support service to the department and coordinating all pacing clinics within department and outside areas i.e. Clacton & District and Harwich & District. Including the booking of appointments, typing of correspondence, documents, dealing with different enquires, dealing with patients' records and other general office administration duties.
