As a Health Care Assistant, you’ll support adults living with complex care needs to live their best lives. This role will give you a tremendous sense of achievement and pride.
About State Care Solutions:
State Care Solutions Limited is a dedicated domiciliary, live-in care and supported living care provider that works with vulnerable adults with mental and physical health needs. We also work with adults who are experiencing issues such as substance misuse, self-harm, trauma, autism and learning difficulties. We are a registered company, regulated by the Care Quality Commission and Local Authorities. We provide quality person-centred care to local authority-funded individuals as well as private clients.
About the role - No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Supporting Service users with their personal care
• Assisting / Preparing meals at mealtimes
• Understanding each service users Health & Wellbeing needs
• Encouraging & Supporting Service users to take part in social activities
• Completing & Maintaining care records and ensuring they are completed every day
• Liaising with Service users’ relatives, friends in a professional manner
• Assist In maintenance of home clean and tidiness and adhere to infection control policy procedures at all times.
Requirements:
Applicants must hold a full UK driving License and have access to a car.
