We also work with adults who are experiencing issues such as substance misuse, self-harm, trauma, autism and learning difficulties. We are a registered company, regulated by the Care Quality Commission and Local Authorities. We provide quality person-centred care to local authority-funded individuals as well as private clients.
About the role - No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Supporting Service users with their personal care
• Assisting / Preparing meals at mealtimes
• Understanding each service users Health & Wellbeing needs
• Encouraging & Supporting Service users to take part in social activities
• Completing & Maintaining care records and ensuring they are completed every day
• Liaising with Service users’ relatives, friends in a professional manner
• Assist In maintenance of home clean and tidiness and adhere to infection control policy procedures at all times.
Requirements:
Applicants must hold a full UK driving License and have access to a car.
