Customer Service Advisor
Automotive Body Shop | Aldershot Area
Salary up to £30,000 | Monday to Friday
Are you an experienced customer service professional looking for a long-term career, not just your next role?
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected automotive body shop in Aldershot, who are looking to welcome a confident, customer-focused individual into their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and being the friendly face of a professional business.
The Opportunity
This role would suit someone from a customer service, retail, hospitality, or office-based background who is ready to develop a career within the automotive industry. Full training will be provided, and there is genuine scope to grow with the business.
You will play a key role in ensuring customers receive a smooth, professional, and reassuring experience from first contact through to vehicle collection.
Key Responsibilities
• Acting as the main point of contact for customers
• Managing bookings, updates, and customer queries
• Liaising with internal teams to keep customers informed
• Providing a high standard of service and care throughout the customer journey
• Handling administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
What We’re Looking For
• Proven customer service experience (any industry considered)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A professional, friendly, and approachable manner
• Confidence using computers and office systems
• A desire to build a long-term career rather than “just a job”
What’s On Offer
• Salary up to £30,000 (depending on experience)
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (no weekends)
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
